What is your return policy?

Every GLASARI piece comes with our First Trip Guarantee. Take it on your first trip, and if you don't completely love it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free within Australia, and the item doesn't need to be unused or in its original packaging, as long as it comes back clean and in good, usable condition. Just email support@glasari.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
