Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your GLASARI purchase as much as we loved creating it. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple.

     • Returns: You can return unused items within 30 days of
        receiving them for a refund or exchange. Items must be in 

        their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

     • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll 

        process your refund back to your original payment method.

     • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect 

        item, please email support@glasari.com within 7 days of 

        delivery and we’ll replace or refund it promptly.

     • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept
        returns on personal or used items.
